This directory is provided for general information to help families begin their search. A listing is not an endorsement, recommendation, or certification of any centre. We are independent and not affiliated with any listed operator, and operators cannot pay to appear or to rank higher.

Sources and accuracy

Facility information is compiled from the public JKM Pusat Jagaan registry, the AGECOPE membership directory, and operators’ own websites; locations are geocoded using OpenStreetMap. It is a periodic snapshot and may be incomplete, contain errors, or become out of date, including a centre’s licensing, services, contact details and fees. We make no warranty as to its accuracy or completeness.

What “Licensed” and “Unverified” mean

• Licensed — the centre appeared on the JKM registry with a currently-valid licence at the time of our last update. It is not a guarantee of quality or of current status.
• Unverified — the licence had lapsed at our last update, or the location was taken from an operator’s own website and does not (yet) appear on the JKM registry. It is not an allegation of wrongdoing; it simply means we could not confirm a current JKM licence and you should verify it yourself.

Always verify independently

Before making any decision, you must independently confirm a centre’s current licensing with the operator and JKM, visit in person, and satisfy yourself that it meets your loved one’s needs. Do not rely solely on this Site.
