The Site is an independent directory that aggregates information about care centres in Malaysia from the public JKM Pusat Jagaan registry and from operators’ own websites. It is an information service only. It is not a booking agent, broker, or care provider, and a listing does not constitute a recommendation or endorsement.
Content on the Site, including guides, is general information and is not medical, legal, financial or professional advice. Decisions about care are significant — always seek appropriate professional guidance and conduct your own due diligence.
We compile listings from public and third-party sources and present them in good faith, but we do not warrant that any information is accurate, complete, current or error-free. Licence status shown as “Licensed” or “Unverified” reflects our latest data snapshot, which may lag behind the live JKM registry. You must independently verify any information — including a centre’s licensing, services and fees — directly with the operator and JKM before relying on it. See our Disclaimer.
The Site links to third-party services (including Google Maps, Waze and Apple Maps) and to operators’ websites. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, services or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by scraping or copying data at scale, attempting to disrupt the service, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
The Site’s design, branding and original content are our property. Facility data derived from public registries remains public information. You may not reproduce our original content without permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its operators, contributors and service providers shall not be liable for any loss or damage — direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or otherwise — arising from or connected with your use of, or reliance on, the Site or any information on it, including any decision to contact, engage or place a person with any care centre. The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Your sole remedy if you are dissatisfied is to stop using the Site.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Site and its operators from any claims or liabilities arising out of your use of the Site or your breach of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Site, and supersede any prior agreements on this subject.
